He was predeceased by: his children, Michael and Elizabeth (Becky); his brother Barry Prichard; his former wife Lyne Prichard; and his parents, Charles Prichard and Dorothy Prichard (Dowling).
He is survived by: his son Alex Prichard; his stepchildren, Courtney Redmond, Kelly Payton and Keith Payton; his daughters-in-law, Christine Prichard and Angela Larson; and his grandchildren, Sophie, Marley, Elena and Avery Prichard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Parks & Trails Council of Minnesota, the Ice Age Alliance, or Friends of Crex Meadows.
