He was predeceased by: his father Warren Lee Maynard; his daughter Becky; and his mother Carol Mae Davis Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Brad Maynard (Jeanie) and Lora Moody (Howard).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends honor Roger by sharing a bowl of ice cream, supporting Parkinson's programs, helping a neighbor, or any other meaningful tribute.
