He was predeceased by: his parents, Emeterio Topacio and Josefa Topacio; and his brother Jorge. He is survived by: his sisters, Herminia, Rosario and Aurora; his children, Elena Wise (Robert) and Ronaldo (Janice); and his grandchildren, Isabel Malena, Javier Antonio, Carmela Victoria Wise and Katalina Mabute Topacio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
