It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Braspenninckx (Juneau, Alaska), born in Lena, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Braspenninckx and Martha Braspenninckx; his wife Shirley Braspenninckx (Erdmann); his brothers, Hartley, Herschul Braspenninckx, Leo, Arthur, Charles and Louis Braspenninckx; his half-sister Helen Kimichick; and his sister-in-law Darlene Virtues.
He is survived by : his children, Natalie Zellner (Roger), Nathan Braspenninckx (Dani) and Barb Wilson (Mike); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Zellner, Jennifer Zellner (Matt), Shaun Wilson (Lynne) and Lexi Wilson; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Gus Wilson; his nephew Hart Braspenninckx; and his nieces, Brenda Virtues and Lisa Rajkovich.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Hal's memory to the Friends of Nike Site Summit – FONSS (c/o Alaska Community Foundation, 3201 C Street, Suite 110, Anchorage, Alaska).
