We announce the death of Shane Denali Peterson (Juneau, Alaska), who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 39. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Nichole Brown and Tanya Brown. He is survived by: his parents, Edward M Peterson (Linda) of Anchorage and Margaret Peterson of Anchorage; his son Josiah Peterson of Anchorage; his stepsister TJ Baggett (Jesse) of Cedar Key, Florida; and his siblings, Lissa Peterson McKnight of Arizona, LeAnna Grafton of Anchorage and Edward M Peterson (Teddy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
