He is survived by: his former wife Thu Lan Munn; the mothers of children, Kim L. Knudsen (Sean) and Lynn K. L. Hicken (Bret); his son Jonathan S. Munn; and his grandchildren, Richard W. Lockwood, Crystal A. Lockwood, Adrienne D. Lockwood, Jeremy, Addison, Aiden, Reese, Kien, Ellie, Cordell, Julie, Sorin and Alisha.
