She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lowe and Effie Lowe; her husband James R. Dixon (Ronnie); her siblings, Hillard Lowe (Ted), Clifford Lowe, Billy Lowe, Roberta Ellens (Birdie) and Martha Alice Skaggs; and her grandsons, Jason Cordle and Derrick Cordle.
She is survived by: her brothers, Doug Lowe of Flatwoods, KY. and Manuel Lowe (Darlene) of Westwood, KY.; her children, Charles C. Cordle, Jr. of Ashland, KY., Cheryl Webb of Flatwoods, KY. and Connie Malatek (Robert) of North Pole, AK.; and her grandchildren, Ann Lyons (Chris) of Tampa, FL., James Webb (Evie) of Tampa, FL., Cecil S. Webb (Tonya) of Reno, NV., Joseph Webb of Palmer, AK., Blake Cordle and Robby Short.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lazear Funeral Home (1632 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Burial Park (3801 13th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
