He is survived by: his wife Irene Brown; his daughter Catherine Ann Frye; his siblings, John Brown and Mary; his daughter-in-law Mary-Kay Brown; his grandchildren, Ariel Brown, Cody Brown, Casey Brown, Cory Brown, Heather Alfaro, Michael Alfaro, Mary Alfaro, Mitchell Alfaro, Myleen Alfaro, Jasmine Guajardo and Isaac Guajardo; and his great grandchildren, Myron, Victoria, Matthew, Milo, Amaya and Rowan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Richard and Irene's Residence.
