He was predeceased by: his father Girard. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew and Harrison Costello; his mother Gayle Costello; his former wife April Hanley; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Jacki; his siblings' children, Olivia, Jack and Liam; and his brother Bill.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Kenai Christian Church (104 McKinley St, Kenai, AK 99611).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Kenai Christian Church, whose support was a tremendous comfort to Dan and his family during his illness.
