He was predeceased by : his wife Chiya Bazan; and his parents, Ernest Bazan and Mary Bazan (Bolton). He is survived by : his daughter Candice Bazan; his granddaughter Samantha Thomas; and his siblings, Ernest Bazan, Jr. (Josephine), Dorothy Bazan Greene (David) of Halifax and Mary Ellen Boynton (Walter) of Prince Frederick, Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
