He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Havel and Connie Havel; and his son Ben. He is survived by: his wife Jo; his son Jerry Havel (Brenda); his grandchildren, Jessica (Matt Ellinghuysen), Parker (Delayne Kohorst) and Olivia (Jacopo Lorenzi); his son Josh "Spike" Havel (Rita Allen); his grandchild Cade; his great grandchildren, Milo, Lucio and Ben; his brother Kirk Havel; and his grandfather Marine.
