He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cook and Mathilda Cook; his wife Joy Marlene Cook; his brother Roger; and his daughter Karae.
He is survived by: his friend Connie Jones; his children, Robae (Maury), Bryan, Casey (Kristin), Charmaree (Scott) and Joel; his grandchildren, Adam (Megan), Charlotte, Tiare (Adam), Elijah, Keenan, Reece, Ramey, Jace and Annika; and his great grandchildren, Sage, Tegan, Lizabelle, Olivia, Allan, Jackson of Arabella, AJ, Christian and Ander.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Settler's Bay Community Church (6865 W Dewlap Cir, Wasilla, AK 99654). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (714 N Grand Ave, Pierre, SD 57501). A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
