He is survived by : his children, Stephanie Sauls Kelley (Stan) and Bobby Ray Sauls, Jr. (Deborah); his brother Shelby Skinner (Rhydona); his grandchildren, Travis Kelley (Logan) and Candace Hardy (Denny); and his great grandchild Jackson Riley.
