She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Mobley and Pauline Gulledge Mobley; her former husband Wallace Phelps of Troy; and her siblings, Hazel Law, Sarah Riley, Jerry Mobley and Bill Mobley.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Edward "Bob" Tabor; her children, Anita Phelps Bostic (Robert) and Michael W. Phelps of Springville, AL; her stepchildren, Michelle Tabor (Larry Burnside) and Michael Tabor; her sister Margaret Dubbert of Troy, AL; her grandchildren, Amber Grantham (Michael), Avery Phelps and Chaislyn Phelps; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Grantham and Parker Grantham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Judson Baptist Church (190 Co Rd 93, Abbeville, AL 36310). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Judson Baptist Church Cemetery (190 Co Rd 93, Abbeville, AL 36310).
