He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Phillips; and his sister Barbara Chafin. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Phillips; his son Justin Phillip (Lacey); his grandchildren, Harper, Colton and Knox Phillips; his sisters, Jan Phillips and Kathy Vest; and his nephews, Joseph and Jeremy VestHe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crestview Memorial Funeral Home (5250 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adamsville, AL 35005). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview West Cemetery (1150 Co Rd 566, Hanceville, AL 35077).
