He is survived by: his significant other Brenda; his children, Michael Tolbert of Adamsville and Stephanie Cave Bernal of Melissa, Texas; his grandsons, Jayson Michael Cave (Sydni), Johnny Tolbert of North Carolina and Luke Bernal of Melissa, Texas.; and his friends, Honey Green and John Whitlow. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
