He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey England (Wade) and Tammy Scrivner (Jody); his grandchildren, Brandy Love (Jamee), Morgan England (Dave Dean), Sam Scrivner (Kait) and Zac Scrivner (Allie); his great grandchildren, Madalinn, Caroline, Liam, Henry Love, Cash Scrivner and McKenna Scrivner; and his siblings, JoAnn Busby, JC "Buddy" Linn (Betty) and Freeda Oliver.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM.
