She is survived by: her husband Jason Weekes; her children, Hannah Umana (Edgardo) and Mason Wise (Tabitha); her grandchildren, Cloud Gibson, Leilani Lopez and Emery Umana; her mother Judy Elam (Randy); and her brother Trent Moore (Kristi).
