He is survived by: his wife Cindy Arrington Pichelmayer of Addison; his mother Joyce Pichelmayer White; his sister Christy White Willoughby; and his children, Steven Pichelmayer (Ashley), Anna Pichelmayer, Zach Pichelmayer, Eli Pichelmayer and Harley Easter (Riley). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
