He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland King and Irene King; and his sister Billie Sue Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Frances King; his children, Joe Louis King Jr. (LeeAnn) and Kathy King Noble (Hunter); his grandchildren, Joe Louis King III, Austin Noble, Matthew Noble (Tessa), Dalton Noble (Amaya) and Kristinea Gibson; and his great grandchild Rose King.
