He is survived by: his children, Noah Stephen Cook (Becca Cook) and Cari Rivera (Luis Rivera); his granddaughters, Chloe Rivera and Lily Rivera; and his siblings, Jo Kirkpatrick (Joe Kirkpatrick) and Chris Cook (Teresa Cook). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
