She is survived by: her husband Johnny Smith; her children, Pamm Hughes (Mark) and Chris Smith (Robin); her sister Phyllis Swinney; her grandchildren, Tyler Nicholas (Adelia), Dallas Smith, Graci Smith, Autumn Burch and Hunter Gassaway (Liz); her great grandchildren, Dakota Smitherman, Jayden Black, Ty Nicholas Jr., Serenity Edwards, Eli Nicholas, Memphis, Marley Smith and Liam Smith; and her great-niece Braven Minor.
