She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrell Basenberg and Louise Johnson Basenberg; her sister Sandra Doty; and her husband Terry Floyd Sanders of Bessemer, Alabama.. She is survived by: her sister Donna Laney (Tim); her sons, Shane Sanders (Shannon) and Wade Sanders (Jodi); and her grandchildren, Kendall, Harper, Rowan and Eliza. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Cemetery (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
