He is survived by: his daughter Lorri Gothard (Sheldon); his grandchildren, Bailey Carter (Kallen), Amberli Gothard and John Gothard; his siblings, Carlie Mitchell (Ann) and Edith Marie Wallace (Bill); and his sister-in-law Judy Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
