He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Eugene Holladay and Judy Cadenhead Holladay. He is survived by: his wife Liz Whitten Holladay; his children, Tyler Hosmer (Haley), Jeremiah, Whitteny and Aimee; his grandchildren, Jaden and Adalynn; his pets, Dorothy and Flash; and his family, Chris Okumu of Soweto Academy and Africa.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to United Full Gospel in care of Chris Okumu to support the children and school in Africa.
