He is survived by: his children, Vickie Atkinson (David), Allen Bjurman (Brenda), Robbin Mckinney (Glen) and Heidi Callicott (Jeff); his grandchildren, Daniel Atkinson (Heather), April Cullom (James), Nicholas Atkinson (Meg), Allie Harris (Kyle), Molly Melcher (Brett), Adam Mckinney (Anna), Jarred Mckinney (Tala), Luke Mckinney (Peyton) and Zachary Callicott; his great grandchildren, Miles, Gracie, Brady, Petra, Judah, Levi, Mabel, Silas, Duke and Libby; and his caregiver Kat.
