She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Judson Brown; her daughter Laura Leigh Darbie; her grandson John "Jay" Judson Darbie; and her sisters, Patricia Wallis Bishop and Carol Wallis Kilgore.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Brown of Lutz, FL and Matthew Brown (Debby) of Alabaster; her grandchildren, Sarah Grace Brown and Taylor Vincent Darbie; her great grandchild Kaydance Leigh Darbie; her nieces and nephews, Sidney, John, Kevin Kilgore and Linda Cramer; and her parents, John Stafford Wallis and Macey Wallis.
