She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Smitherman and Larkin Smitherman; her husband Billy Ray Cofer Sr.; her son Brian "Bucky" Cofer; her son-in-law Randy Springer; her siblings, Cynthia Cofer (Bud), Sarah Franklin, Betty Martin (Bobby) and Woody Smitherman; and her nephews, Ray Cofer, David Cofer, Joe Martin and Johnny Wilford.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Cofer Jr. (Patty) and Beverly Springer; her daughter-in-law Renee Cofer; her grandchildren, April Falkner (Patrick), Amanda Lloyd (Chris), Levi Springer (Holly), Brittany Wyatt (Jason), Jackson Cofer (Hannah), Caroline Cofer, Lucas Wyatt, Elizabeth, Randi Lloyd, Adaline and Amelia Springer; Carter and Maci Falkner.
