He is survived by: his wife Annette Lynn Walters; his sons, Phillip Lee Walters Jr. (Bailey) and Aron Leonard Walters (Nicole); his grandchildren, Kara Josephine Walters, Clayton Leonard Walters and Oliver Jon Youngblood; and his siblings, Vicky Farmer (Randy), Pamela Rainey (Timmy), Larry Walters (Tammy) and Jill Henderson (Gary). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews.
