He is survived by: his wife Thi Nguyen; his children, Kim Chau Hathcock (James), Tung Nguyen (Xuan Nguyen) and Tuan Minh Ha (Dao Huynh); his grandchildren, Anthony Hathcock, Phuc Vinh Ha, Thuy Nguyen and Anna Kay Nguyen; and his siblings, Thuy Ha, Hung Ngoc Ha, Tung Ha, Ha Van Hen, Ha Ngoc and Ha Ngoc Hai.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (80 St Thomas Way, Montevallo, AL 35115). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
