He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Maddox; his father-in-law Jimmy Cash; his niece Adranna Buttrum; and his nephew Jordan Friar. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Maddox; his sons, River Maddox and Kyle Maddox; his mother Debra Maddox Neil (Darrell); his sisters, Denise Otinger (Kenny), Angie Graves (Terry) and Amy Maddox; and his mother-in-law Sandra Cash. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
