He is survived by: his siblings, David Johnson, Evelyn Shirey (Jimmy), Wanda King (Billy), Janice Lane and Charlotte Busha. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Brown Service Funeral Home (6906 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
