He is survived by: his children, Carla Harris, Amy McGuire (Chris) and Eric Harris; his grandchildren, Courtney "Brett" Hooper, Christopher John McGuire II, Corey Cale Hooper, Elijah Tate McGuire and Noah Rane McGuire; his siblings, Eloise Hatley, Ceretha "Nancy" Gary (Gerald) and Tina Jordan; and his cousin Tony Cassels. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
