He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Peppers; his son Randall Peppers (Theresa); his granddaughter Ashley Filippone (Vincent); his great grandchildren, Austin P. Filippone, Abel Layne Filippone, Gabriel Filippone and Landon Filippone; and his sisters, Gwen Chamblee, Stella Drain and Ruth McCauley.
