He is survived by: his wife Peggy Spratling; his daughters, Susan McDonald (David), Kay Whitten (Steve) and Margaret Gurley (Andy); his daughter-in-law Cathy Spratling; his grandchildren, Paul McDonald, Beth Simms (John), Evan Whitten (Larissa), Emily Whitten, Erin Ference (Luke), Jake Reaves, Eric Spratling (Christa) and Chris Spratling (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Whit Simms, Henry Simms, Jack Ference, Ben Spratling and Ali Spratling; and his niece Janice Justice Baker.
