She is survived by: her children, Natasha Smith (Brian) and Brandon Lang; her stepmother Dorothy; her siblings, Laura Forbus (Danny), Doug Eblen (Susan) and Randy Eblen (Debbie); her siblings-in-law, Leigh Eblen and Jimmy Purvis; and her grandchildren, KyLee Smith, Jaden Smith, McKenna Smith, Aubrey Smith, Hunter Smith and Kennedi Lang. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
