He is survived by: his wife Patsy Blackwood; his daughters, Tina Green (Dean), Karen Jones (Scott) and Kelli Blackwood; and his siblings, Rick Speakman, Ruth Holt (Charles), Emma Parrish, Ann Shumate (Lloyd) and Betty Brooks (Jeff). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
