He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Lowery and Annie Leith Lowery; and his son Shane Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lowery; and his daughters, Pamela Minor (James) and Ramona Wright. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
