It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rena Alice Sampson of Albertville, Alabama, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Mayes and Gracie Mayes; her husband Murmon Sampson; her son Al Sampson; her granddaughter Lydia Noblitt; and her siblings, Alva Gardner, Beamon Mayes and Johnny Mayes.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Sampson, Mark Sampson (Tammie) and Kelly Sampson (Amy); her brother Frank Mayes; and her grandchildren, Amanda Arnold, Casey Sampson, Savannah Noblitt, Cody Sampson, Clay Sampson, Kelsey Sampson, Lanie Pate and Kain Sampson.
