He was predeceased by : his parents, Melville Bean and Sue Slaton Bean; his grandparents, Lee, Gertie Daniel Bean, Willie and Ella Roberts Slaton; and his sister Peggy.
He is survived by : his daughter Heather Lynn Bean; his wife Patricia Eyleen Wilkens; his son Colter (Ruth); his grandchildren, Gibson Colter Bean and Mary Paten Bean; and his brother Gary Bean.
