He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Smith and Mattie Lou Lipham Smith; and his sister Ann Caldwell. He is survived by: his son Keith Smith (April) of Holden, MO; his grandsons, Eric Smith of Tuscaloosa, Zachary Smith of Auburn and Matthew Smith (Rachel) of Liberty, MO; and his former wife Peggy Sue Smith of Daviston.
