She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Elmoe Tolin and Lilly Mae Mooney Huggins; and her sister Shelia Tolin. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Ray Burch (April Oliver), Adam Ray Burch (Crystal) and James Earl Burch (Alexis); her grandchildren, Savanna Rae, Madison Cheyenne, Jazmine Nicole, Jason Hunter, Matthew Allen, Jaxson Abel, Serenity Rae and Allie Mae; her stepmother Merryl; her granddaughter Mary Eleanor; and her siblings, Roy and Angie.
BJ's life was a living sermon, teaching by example the virtues of compassion, charity, and conviction.
