She was predeceased by: her stepfather Henry Mann; her mother Edna Mann; and her siblings, Charles Drennen, Lonnie Mann, Johnny Mann, Steve Mann and Mary Riley.
She is survived by: her sons, David Welcher (Cathy) and James "Tony" Welcher (Catherine). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and twenty great-great-grandchildren.
