He was predeceased by: his brother Bob Latham (Joette); and his parents, Audrey Latham and Luther Latham. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Ann; his children, Deb Sassaman (Rusty) and Billy Turner (Kathy); his grandchildren, Amy Turner, Taylor Turner (Liz) and Turner Sassaman (Caroline); his daughter Sheryl Ratigan (Terry); his grandsons, Brian and Kevin (Suzie); his great grandchild Prem Ratigan; and his sister Sandi Hogan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
