He is survived by : his sister Linda Bailey (Booker T.) of Roanoke, AL; and his children, Christopher Askew of Alexander City, AL, Cedric Askew (Latrice) of Huntsville, AL, Carlos Askew of Jacksonville, NC, David Askew of Columbia, SC, Stephanie Thomas of Lafayette, AL and Farrah Askew of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
