It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lofton Lesley Ray of Alexander City, Alabama, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Ray and Flora Baker Dennis; his wife Rudine Sherrer Ray; his daughters, Norma Faye Neese and Kristy Fuller; his siblings, Cecil Ray and Lorene Strickland; his stepfather Woodie Dennis; and his son-in-law Randall Thornell.

He is survived by : his children, Judy Waller (Randy), Ronnie Ray (Belinda) and Mickey Ray (Jenny); his grandchildren, Ron Ray (Michelle), Jeremy Ray (Lora), Donna Baker (Ross), Jason Neese (Saylor), Mitch Ray, Candis Ray, Will Fuller (Jessica), Blake Fuller (Jenna), Karen Alford (John), Kelly Wilson and Missy Moler Black (Jeff); his brother James Ray; and his sons-in-law, Ty Fuller and Donald Neese. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
