It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Morrell McKenzie of Alexander City, Alabama, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Judge Sam Phillips McKenzie and Margaret Mundy McKenzie. He is survived by : his wife Rhonda McKenzie of Alexander City, AL; his daughter Bethany Grogan (Mike); his grandchildren, McKayla and Braxton Grogan; his siblings, Judith Ann McKenzie of Norcross, GA, Margaret Mundy McKenzie, Jr. of Tucker, GA and Sam Phillips McKenzie, Jr. (Lyn) of Greensboro, GA; and his brother-in-law Alan Roberts (Kris) of Callahan, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
