He is survived by: his wife Tina Renae Pemberton of Alexander City; his mother Barbara Annette Ramsey of Alexander City; his stepmother Sharon Pemberton of Alexander City; his siblings, Kelly Pemberton (Jennifer) of Alexander City, John David Pemberton (Staci) of Alexander City, Jeremy Pemberton of Alexander City and Crystal Pemberton of Alexander City; his stepbrothers, Joe Ramsey (Lisa) of Hope Hull and Chris Ramsey (JoEllen) of Calera; his children, Gregory Newman of Auburn, Nick Newman (Abby) of Jacksons Gap, Hagan Pemberton of Troy, Chandler Pemberton (Erin) of Gandy, CO, Davis Pemberton of Auburn, Kennedy Miles (Chris) of Valley and Walker Pemberton of Gulf Shores; his grandchildren, Hanna Grace Newman of Jacksons Gap, Hayes Pemberton of Troy, Sadie Pemberton of Troy and Bennett Miles of Valley; and his close friend Bobby Fuller.
