He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Lewis and Gladys Claybrook Lewis; and his brother James Lewis. He is survived by: his former wife Gail Bonner Lewis; his son Damon Lewis (Kathy); his grandchildren, Clayton "Red" Lewis, Chandler Lewis and Kate Lewis; and his siblings, Joyce Arsenault and Charles Lewis (Pat). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
