She is survived by: her husband Bobby Benton; her daughter Leah Gunter; her son-in-law Austin Gunter; her sons, Ryan and Noah Benton; her stepmother Margot Fersch; her siblings, Arno, Moritz Barth and Dagmar Barth; her niece Astrid Barth; her sister Heike Beattie; her brother-in-law Michael Beattie; and her grandchildren, Magnolia Gunter and Easton Gunter.

Not only was she prideful in her cooking, but she also exhibited thriftiness and never let something she could mend or donate go to waste.
